Private beta · Small review cohorts

Help shape a more disciplined way to run complex work.

The Limitless Codex beta is a supervised collaboration for people who want structure across interconnected goals—not another pile of disconnected tools.

No payment is required. Requests are reviewed for fit and available pilot capacity.

A focused exchange

Built for learning, not artificial scale.

The beta is deliberately small. Participants receive a more attentive start; The Limitless Codex receives honest evidence about what works in a real operating context.

01

Define the real outcome

We begin with the work you are trying to organize, the friction in your current process, and the result that would make the beta useful.

02

Run a bounded pilot

Accepted participants test a supervised workflow with clear limits. Availability and scope may vary while the system develops.

03

Close the feedback loop

We ask what felt clear, what created friction, and what must improve. Participation is strongest when feedback is specific and candid.

Who it is for

A good fit for the founding beta.

You do not need to have everything figured out. You do need a meaningful use case, comfort with an evolving product, and enough attention to tell us what is and is not helping.

  • You are coordinating goals, projects, knowledge, or client work that currently feels fragmented.
  • You are willing to begin with one bounded outcome instead of attempting to migrate everything at once.
  • You understand that the beta may be incomplete, change without notice, pause, or end.
  • You can offer concise feedback after onboarding and early use.
  • You will not submit sensitive personal data or confidential third-party material without clear authorization.

The review path

What happens after you apply.

Submitting a request starts a human review. It does not guarantee admission, reserve a paid plan, or create a purchase obligation.

01
Request receivedWe record your use case and the permissions you explicitly choose.
02
Fit and capacity reviewWe consider the intended outcome, feedback readiness, and current cohort capacity.
03
Invitation or waiting listIf there is a match, we share the next step. Otherwise, your request may be deferred or moved to the waiting list.

Participation request

Tell us what you want to make work better.

A useful application is specific, not polished. Describe the outcome, the current friction, and how willing you are to test an evolving workflow.

Request beta participation

Fields marked as required are used to review fit and administer your request.

Data use: The Limitless Codex will use your name, email address, mobile number and application responses to assess your beta request, administer participation and contact you about this beta. If you separately opt in to email updates, we may retain the limited contact, consent and engagement record for future cohorts, product education, re-engagement and launch news under the waiting-list retention cycle in our Privacy Notice. WhatsApp also requires its own separate opt-in. You can withdraw consent or exercise your data rights at any time by emailing codex-support@limitlessenterprises.org.
