Beta Participation Terms

1. About these terms

These Beta Participation Terms apply to requests for and use of the private beta offered under the name The Limitless Codex. By selecting the beta-terms checkbox and submitting an application, and again by using any beta access provided, you agree to these terms.

If you only join the waiting list, you are not yet a beta participant; the provisions about application review, communications, privacy, and responsible use of any materials sent to you still apply where relevant.

2. Eligibility and admission

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. Beta places are released in small review cohorts. We may accept, defer, waitlist, or decline a request based on fit, current capacity, operational readiness, and willingness to provide feedback.

Submitting a request does not guarantee admission. An invitation is personal to the recipient and may not be transferred, resold, or shared.

3. Experimental service

The beta is pre-release and under active development. Features may be incomplete, contain errors, change without notice, be paused, or be removed. We do not promise continuous availability, data permanence, any service level, a particular result, or that a beta feature will reach general release.

Keep independent copies of important information and do not rely on the beta as your sole system of record.

4. Human supervision and appropriate use

The Limitless Codex is intended to support structured, human-supervised work. It does not replace professional judgement or final human review. Do not use beta output as the sole basis for medical, legal, tax, financial, employment, emergency, regulated, or safety-critical decisions.

You are responsible for checking the accuracy, suitability, and lawfulness of any output before using or sharing it.

5. Participant responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide accurate application details and keep your contact information current;
• protect any access credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access;
• use the beta lawfully and only for its intended evaluation purpose;
• avoid submitting sensitive personal data, passwords, payment details, identity documents, or third-party confidential material unless we expressly approve a secure method;
• respect intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, and other third-party rights; and
• cooperate with reasonable security, onboarding, and feedback requests.

You must not interfere with, overload, scrape, probe, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, bypass safeguards, distribute malware through, resell, sublicense, or use the beta to facilitate unlawful or harmful activity.

6. Feedback

Feedback is an important part of participation. You choose what feedback to provide and retain ownership of your pre-existing materials. You grant The Limitless Codex a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and commercialise feedback you voluntarily provide, without identifying you publicly or owing compensation.

This licence applies to suggestions and observations about the beta, not to ownership of your pre-existing business content.

7. Non-public beta materials

Unless we identify material as public or give written permission, treat beta interfaces, unpublished documentation, access instructions, product plans, and non-public performance information as confidential. Do not publish screenshots, recordings, access credentials, or comparative benchmarks from the private beta.

This does not restrict information that you can show was already public, lawfully known without confidentiality duties, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

8. Intellectual property

The beta, its software, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to The Limitless Codex. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to evaluate the beta while your invitation remains active. No other rights are transferred.

9. Third-party services

The beta and onboarding workflow may use third-party services, including Google Workspace, Google Forms, and WhatsApp. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

10. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Notice explains how application and participation information is handled. WhatsApp messaging is optional and requires a separate consent. You may withdraw WhatsApp consent by replying STOP or emailing codex-support@limitlessenterprises.org.

11. Fees, future plans, and refunds

No payment is required to apply for or participate in the current beta unless we first make a separate written offer that you accept. Beta access does not create a lifetime entitlement, discount, ownership interest, guaranteed future availability, or right to a particular commercial plan.

Because no beta fee is currently collected, there is no beta purchase to refund. If paid plans are later offered, you will receive the applicable price, billing, cancellation, tax, and refund terms before payment. These beta terms do not authorise a charge.

12. Suspension and ending participation

You may stop participating at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or end beta access, with or without notice, for security, safety, abuse prevention, legal, policy, capacity, operational, or product-development reasons. On termination, your right to use the beta ends immediately, while provisions that by their nature should survive—including confidentiality, feedback, intellectual property, liability, and dispute provisions—continue.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Limitless Codex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from beta participation. Because the current beta is provided without charge, any aggregate liability that can lawfully be limited will not exceed €100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without overriding mandatory protections available in your country of residence. Any dispute will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules where relevant.

16. Changes and complete agreement

We may update these terms as the beta evolves. We will give reasonable notice of material changes and seek renewed acceptance where required. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the beta and contact support.

These terms, the Privacy Notice, and any written invitation-specific conditions form the agreement for the private beta. If invitation-specific conditions conflict with these terms, the more specific written conditions apply for that beta activity.
